General Information On All Rentals
Specific sites or units may be requested but due to scheduling are subject to change. Three night reservation minimum on holidays. Summer two night minimum on weekends. Due to the strict scheduling of cabins and stays of a week or more in both rooms and RV park, one-half of the required deposit will be forfeited on any cancellation notice. Notices of less than 30 days will forfeit the full deposit. Cancellation notices for stays of less than a week in both RV park and rooms require a 14-day notice for refund of deposit, less $10.00 processing fee. A $100 cleaning and damage deposit is required on all cabins and motel units.
